High School Girls
Join us virtually or at one of our in-person locations for mentorship focused on a topic or skill that will help you advance your future career. New this year, virtual programming will occur through an at-your-pace online classroom with four live sessions and the ability to opt-in to 1-on-1 mentorship. In-person programming occurs monthly October through May during the school day.

If you attend one of the following high schools you may participate in the in-person programming. Girls from any other high school will participate in our virtual programming.

College Women
We've expanded our Mentor-in-Training program for college women pursuing a career in the sports industry. Join likeminded, college women for a mentorship session just for you each month while also participating in our live high school sessions to start to develop mentorship and leadership skills by working with a high school student. Gain your own mentorship from a variety of mentors and collaborate with other college women to expand your network and further your learning.
This program now features underclassmen and upperclassmen tracks with topics and activities designed specifically for appropriate time in your educational journey. Each tract features a Girl Boss Guide, not just a workbook, but a resource filled with tips, tricks, and insights to help you succeed both now and in the future. And because we know your schedule will likely change each semester, we offer flexible registration for just one semester or both. Early bird pricing offers a discount on the full year and ends July 1st so be sure to register today!

Our programming wouldn't be possible without you! Join as a mentor for our virtual or in-person programming and change the life of a high school student aspiring to be just like you. With more options than ever before to best meet your schedule needs choose to support high school, college, or both with options in the high school programming for just four live sessions or a 1-on-1 match. Collaborate with other women in sport within your pod to build your network and participate in our mentor engagement activities to not just give back, but further your own career too.
