Kristen founded WISHING on the belief that ALL girls deserve the opportunity to pursue their dreams and find a career in sports. She is from Stoughton, Wisconsin and currently resides in Lincoln, Nebraska where she serves as the Assistant Director of Community and Charitable Relations with Nebraska Athletics (Go Big Red!).

Emma currently serves as a full-time seasonal athletic trainer with USA Volleyball and the beach national team during Summer 2024. She has previously worked with the University of New Mexico women's indoor volleyball team and completed the New Hampshire Musculoskeletal Institute primary care residency. Emma is a native of Stillwater, Minnesota.

Cameron is from Pennsylvania and was recently promoted to Director of Events after the impact he made in the first year of WISHING. Cam currently serves as an Athletic Academic Advisor at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. 

Mikayla currently resides in Iowa where she works with the Quad Cities River Bandits as their office and Merchandise Manager. She looks forward to growing opportunities for future generations of females to leave their mark on the sports industry. Mikayla has a Bachelor of Science in Sports management from Dean College and a master's from East Carolina University.

Courtney is a graduate of Southern New Hampshire University with a B.S. in Sports Management and a minor of Communications. In 2022, Courtney became Executive General Manager overseeing Harvard University in addition to St. John's. In December of 2022, Courtney rejoined the AHL becoming VP of the League's Team Business Services department. 

Tianna Rivers is the Partner Development Coordinator for the Maine Celtics, the NBA G League affiliate of the Boston Celtics. She is responsible for implementing season-long activations and ensuring the execution of day-to-day partnership elements. She is an alumn of Georgia State University with a Bachelor's in Entrepreneurship and Louisiana State University Shreveport with a Master of Business Administration.
